NEW CLASS! – At Home in Your Body: Today, Tomorrow & Always

No matter what our size or shape, many of us struggle with body issues. We believe we're too fat, too thin, too short, too tall ... too something. But our bodies house our minds and spirits, and serve our greater purpose in the world. This class is for anyone trying to make a change of mind, in order to enjoy greater body acceptance, or change of body, to gain better fitness, or even lose weight. It is possible to feel gratitude for our bodies, and establish a healthier relationship with them.
Each class is about 30-45 minutes in duration, and will contain a brief lesson, guided meditation, Follow Up and Off the Mat exercises, and a Personal Storytelling Session exercise, for each of four weeks.

Many authors want to combine spiritual practice with their writing work. Others are working on characters who live very spiritual lives, and may need a way to understand this part of their personality. This workshop is designed to help you go deeper in your writing, and begin to access more colorful, descriptive language, and have better insight into your characters.

One of the biggest challenges facing any writer is how to develop and maintain compassion for their characters, particularly when they're not very likable people. If we can't somehow put ourselves in their shoes, we're unable to write compelling characters that go through thrilling events. This workshop will help you develop compassion and awareness, so your writing can truly sing!

Releasing Doubt: You Can Achieve Your Best Body

Ask anyone who’s ever tried
to lose weight and you’re likely to find someone who has enjoyed some
success, only to fall back into old patterns. Doubt plays a huge part
in this cycle. We expect our efforts to fail, because we approach the
problem as one of eating and calorie burning alone, without ever
considering the mental and emotional aspects of this journey. This
includes how we came to hold weight on our bodies in the first place,
and how to work with your mental and emotional states as the weight
comes off.

The Wisdom of Transformation: Rewriting the Story of Your Life

Every living person
deserves to have his voice heard, and to have her needs met. But
sometimes, we just don’t have to tools to help make it so. The Wisdom
of Transformation is a unique online workshop that helps bring out the
answers that are right for you, given your circumstances, your history,
and your goals for the future. We do this using your personal stories.
Once these have been identified and “rewritten,” you will have a very
clear road map to help find your way to your goals.

Terms & Conditions:
1. All workshops must be paid in advance. There are no cancellations and no refunds of any kind.
2. Please make sure you have the ability to listen to recorded MP3 files before you order. If you can play music on your computer, chances are you will be able to play the brief recorded meditations used in these workshops. You will also be downloading PDF documents, so please make sure you know what that is, and can detach and open attachments like this.
3. The information provided in these online workshops is for entertainment purposes only, and is not intended to take the place of a doctor or healthcare practitioner's care. 4. You will be asked to meditate once per day while doing these workshops, usually for 5-10 minutes at a time. If you are physically prevented from sitting in a cross-legged position, you can sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, or on a bed, with your legs out in front of you. If you need further modifications to these suggested meditation postures, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
